BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED. The highly crafted covers are printed on foil paper, embossed then foil stamped, complemented by the luxury binding and rose red end-papers. The covers are created by our artists and designers who spend many hours transforming original artwork into gorgeous 3d masterpieces that feel good in the hand, and look wonderful on a desk or table.

This Notebook comes with practical features too: a pocket at the back for scraps and receipts; two ribbon markers to help keep track of more than just a to-do list; robust ivory text paper, printed with lines; and when you need to collect other notes or scraps of paper the magnetic side flap keeps everything neat and tidy.

THE ARTIST. For most, the name Jobs is synonymous with richly blooming fabrics that have been among the classics of Swedish textile art since the 1940s. Less well known is that Lisbet Jobs (1909–61) and her sister Gocken Jobs (1914–95) first trained as potters. As two independent artists they then worked side by side and their works gained international fame. Aurora was designed for textiles by Lisbet Jobs in 1956. The pattern was composed in Leksand, Dalarna, where the sisters shared a studio. It is inspired by the surrounding flowering meadows and flower beds. Sketches for the pattern can be found in the National Museum's archives in Stockholm, Sweden.
